Hawkins Point Partners is seeking a Human Resources Technical Lead. This position will support various HR related systems, particularly our Workday HCM system for their Cambridge based client. The Tech Lead will provide functional support for their HR systems and work with vendors as needed to obtain product support and guidance on projects. S/he will utilize HRIS tools to automate business processes in support of HR initiatives. Assist in the maintenance of system security and business process configurations and evaluate new tools, modules and methods of systems support within HR. Provide functional analysis of business requirements and work with IT to design implementation plans and controls. Ensure that we are in compliance with respect to Sarbanes Oxley and other regulatory requirements and audits.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience working internally within complex organizations in the field HR systems configuration, reporting and support. Skills and capabilities include:
